The Baugh House Museum is operated by the Fannin County Heritage Foundation, which was established in 1986.
This museum features a diverse collection of antiques, period clothing, and other items of interest donated by local residents. It also includes a genealogical library and research center, where members of the Fannin County Heritage Foundation can assist visitors in locating family history information. Additionally, the museum showcases educational displays.
